The use of enquiry and registration forms on the Massage and Me website
Booking a treatment via the Massage and Me online booking system (hosted by Acuity, Fresha and Shedul) *
Booking a treatment via Treatwell*
The provision of your details to us either online or offline via registration forms, over the phone or in person

The elements of your data that we collect may include:
Name
Date of birth
Address, phone number, email address
Instagram username
Medical conditions
Payment details such as credit card information
Medical history, allergies and lifestyle choices (both on the consultation form and discussed in consultation pre-treatment)
Details of any feedback you give us by phone, email, post or via social media.
This personal information is required in order to provide our services to you. If you do not provide personal information we ask for, it may prevent us from providing our services to you at the best of our ability.
Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
We use your data for purposes which may include:
Providing you with information about products and services we offer and upcoming discounts (if you agree to receive such information)
Offering birthday treatments at a discounted rate during the month of your birthday (again, if agreed to receiving marketing information from Massage and Me, and also if birthday is disclosed)
Storing consultation forms which are filled out at the start of each client’s first treatment. These files are kept in a locked cabinet at the Massage and Me premises, and also stored in a password-encrypted spreadsheet. These files are confidentially destroyed after 6 years of the client’s last treatment with Massage and me.
If you wish to receive information about Massage and Me services or discounts, please indicate your preferences using the consent boxes when providing us with your data on your consultation form. Please note that we will never disclose this information given in your consultation form to any other third parties, unless required to by Law, and this information is treated confidentially.
Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Devices
Massage and Me uses web analytics services provided by Google, Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyse user experiences when visiting Massage and Me. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our sites (including your IP address) will be transmitted to, and stored on, servers held by Google.
They will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our sites, compiling reports on website activity for us and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. They may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on their behalf. They will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

Children Under 10
We do not collect any information on children under 10 years of age.
Changes to this Policy
This policy is effective from July 2019. From time to time we may make changes to this privacy policy statement to reflect any changes to our privacy practices in accordance with changes to legislation, best practice or website enhancements.

We hope that we can resolve any concerns you may have about our use of your information. The General Data Protection Regulation also gives you right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
