Combining the magic of Sim’s nourishing pre and post natal yoga and Jo’s healing and nurturing massage and reflexology treatments, this retreat is designed to make all mums (whether expecting your baby, or in your post-partum period) feel nurtured, taken care of, and held.

This beautiful evening of gentle movement, breath work and bespoke massage will be the perfect opportunity for tired bodies and minds to reset and rejuvenate.

Who?

  • Sim is a Yoga Therapist who teaches bespoke 1:1 yoga and wellness, pre and post-partum yoga and KundaFlow yoga. Sim teaches at Yoga on the Green in Woodford Green and has two wonderful girls.

  • Jo is a Massage Therapist and Reflexologist with her own practise in Buckhurst Hill, Massage and Me. Jo has been treating local mamas in their pregnancy and beyond since 2016 and has two lovely boys.

Where?

  • Nourish & Nurture will take place at Yoga on the Green in Woodford Green, Essex.

  • We will have exclusive use of this calm, inspiring space for the entirety of the retreat.

  • The address is: Johnston Road, Woodford Green IG8 0XA

  • There are parking spaces around the green, otherwise you can take public transport via the Number 20 bus or it’s about a 15-minute walk from Woodford Station.

How Do I Book?

  • Tickets to this 90-minute retreat cost £35 per person and are available to purchase via the link below, via debit and credit card.

  • There are just 12 special tickets available for this retreat.

Terms and Conditions

Please take note of the Terms and Conditions of your booking:

  • The retreat is suitable for anyone in pregnancy from 12 weeks onwards, or up to 6 months post-partum. If you will be close to, or beyond, your expected due date please just let us know.

  • The retreat day costs £35. This can be paid via credit or debit card via the link below.

  • You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours or booking. Please check your junk folder for this. Nearer the time we will be in touch to confirm a few more details too.

  • If you are unable to attend the retreat after confirming your attendance then please let us know as soon as possible (contact details below), or at least 48 hours in advance. If you are able to attend within 48 hours of the retreat, please help us in trying to find someone to attend in your place, otherwise we will be unable to refund you for your ticket.
