Massage and Me is a small, local and friendly business, established by Jo in 2016, to help those of you who need a moment of calm to reflect on your own needs.

I wanted to set up a small business to help serve women in my local community to feel valued, heard, celebrated, support, relaxed and most importantly more relieved of tension.

The 'Me' is actually all about YOU!

Massage and Me is a neurodivergent-friendly local business

I welcome my clients to come as you are, as your authentic self.

I’ve created a page for my neurodivergent clients with information about what to expect from your treatment, in the hope that this may help before your treatment.

I hope this helps to encourage more members of the neurodivergent community to book in and feel safe in my treatment room. I can’t wait to welcome you.
