Massage and Me is a small, local and friendly business, established by Jo in 2016, to help those of you who need a moment of calm to reflect on your own needs.
I wanted to set up a small business to help serve women in my local community to feel valued, heard, celebrated, support, relaxed and most importantly more relieved of tension.
The 'Me' is actually all about YOU!

The De-Stress
The De-Stress is a three-step treatment programme designed to gently release tension, calm the nervous system and help you feel more at ease in your body.
This programme works best when experienced over time, allowing your body to relax and reset gradually rather than rushing the process.

• Neck, back and shoulder massage, face & scalp massage with hot stones
• Legs & foot massage with hot stones and reflexology

The De-Stress is my signature treatment programme, created from years of working with clients who need more than a one-off massage. Ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, run-down or in need of deep, nurturing rest.

60 minutes: £75
A deeply cleansing and grounding treatment designed to help you let go of built-up tension and feel lighter in both body and mind.
This treatment begins with a focused neck, back and shoulder massage, easing tight muscles and encouraging circulation where stress is most commonly held. Slow, flowing movements help to release physical tension and create a sense of opening and ease.
The treatment then flows into a face and scalp massage, gently encouraging relaxation of the jaw, facial muscles and nervous system. This soothing combination helps to calm the mind, lift heaviness and leave you feeling refreshed, clear and rebalanced.
We will use uplifting, energy-boosting essential oils to he.p you feel lighter and more relieved of tension. Perfect if you’re feeling weighed down, overworked or in need of a reset. The Detox supports your body’s natural ability to release, restore and renew.
